Alien patent troll

I see that SCO is back at it again. I would assume that Microsoft has a hand in this. Somewhere, somebody is protecting their monopoly. I think it is the right way to go and the Gravity Guild has decided to establish a fair and equitable process to control the rights to knowledge. The rights to anything which requires gravity to operate or exists in a gravitational field is granted to the Guild, by the absolute destructive power of the Guild, for a period not to exceed forever by more than 10 minutes. The litigation process is very simple, if somebody exists and has gravity, any profit they gain in that activity is property of the Guild. Anybody who fails to comply is killed and then are allowed to file a complaint. It seems eminently more fair than the current system; As you know you are simply being used by a power to maintain power, the irritating ambiguity is removed.
