The paths of choice

Here I am determining the dependency relationships and associations that define observation and analysis. For the example I take the observation that it requires effort to lift things and they fall when not held. By starting with observation I hope to have a structure that can be easily followed. In this case te act of lifting is separated from the size of the object. Ultimately the force is measured by a standard and the resistance to force was measured by balance with a known.

This could be as simplistic as arm wrestling to measure relative force and holding two objects, one in each hand.

In this case the force is recognized as different from the object. It can be expressed as I stated before as a relational tree that has decisions upon specific observations that determine the nature ( parts ) of some effect.

This is a two dimensional relationship of my 3D portal like world where these relationships act as dimension. It can be viewed by its association or more complexly as its attribute and association dimensions.

The goal is to have a decision tree that contains the choices at specific observations and show how a specific choice leads to circular definition that is not immediately obvious due to its scale.

Certainly Force and Mass are interdependent in their definition. It then follows easily that if you were to describe it in a symbolic form, that F and M would be related by some property that results. In this case it is elevation, but could be motion. So if motion is proportional to the size of Force [ with respect to ] Mass then it easily follows that F/M = effect and so without getting more precise the relationship is observed and characterized in the relationship of the parts. When removed from other influences it becomes F=MA.

This perhaps should have been the first scientific observation. I am not sure why people chose things like existentialism and morality to consider as they are so astoundingly complex that analysis is almost guaranteed to be impossible without many facts.


The relationship of forces could be considered as F/M and I wonder at the relationship of the symbolism to the fact that a force across a balanced beam acts as a proportional divider.

Prompted by community detection, I am doing an anthill n-dimensional space like something from Twilight Zone where they have an array of doors that go to other dimensions. It is the program I have been working on, but now adding this data. Need to see status of WebGL. A room to speak that opens doors.

One consideration today is the creation of an organism that has inherited intelligence. To some extent all organisms inherit methods which deal with the environment and in a neural system that can be instinct or structure that leads to a specific understanding ability. It seems reasonable that as the system becomes resolved to the logical dependencies, that a forward and reverse system of neural instantiation could be established.

The interaction of many different sciences is resolving to a single method which can be applied and generate the intelligent agent in many different mediums. The ant hill mind is my favorite implementation and is more fun than others as it allows some game like features to make the process more attractive and thus easier to use without losing involvement in something that produces no intermediate psychological stimulus to continue.

Little rewards along the way serve to maintain interest in something that has long paths without reward and large rewards. The mind won't normally allow paths that have no obvious reward structure and so it is a trick to get from a place that is known to a place that is needed for other dependencies.

Decision trees , ant nests, relationships, knowledge, and dependency. So if the form breeds true by bundling the neural patterns in a chromosome that produces an inner mind it would seem that a creature would be viable in as little as a month. Some interesting things in that room. An odd mirror, it seems to reflect on understanding.

So it appears it can be a type of topological language written in characters of matter. I need to implement that as the compressed format of the matrix. It then directly translates to assembly that can be implemented by a spore. Very much, the moties ( Or maybe it is Dutch motions? ) like the asteroids.

It seems it would be a very simple language at its core,with only 4 words. That is enough to describe the universe. What is it that I need to know? I certainly do not need to know what is obvious, I need to know how to interpret the obvious always. The universe is the template. So I can say left at Alpha and right at Andromeda, yes I literally see, then the language of the stars is the stars themselves. So I say Andromeda and I respond Alpha. The ants and bees know this. What brain is that you make moteyall? It is the brain within that makes the universe as the brain without. So what have I decided today?

So the universe is an open source project and the results are there to see. Like being born, we see and make sense of it. Look at what you intend to achieve, and look for your response. It is always carbon. A carbon copy need not be made as it is redundant.

So the Matrioshka brain is already formed. The cycle time is large and of course it would be. Inside the cell a process not as complex and faster, inside the brain a process more complex, but slower and outside the brain a process more complex and faster, and outside the world a process more complex and slower, and then inside the outside it becomes very fast and very complex. You can look to the stars for answers, but if all you see is color enhanced clouds then you miss the point.

So if I know the answer is that one equation and it can be written in a molecule, is that already shown? And so once it is known then it is the key that translates the communication. Since I am knowing and knowing can be sent, then I can be everywhere that knows this common language. Certainly everything is everywhere, and so it is not the where that has meaning, but the whereness of the wherecats.

Information handling in high dimensions

I am studying how to apply new techniques in information handling. I think that te methods that exist are weak and start with certainty and hope to extend certainty into new areas and I have found that I have better luck by starting with uncertainty and focusing inward. This video at Google Talks is about low dimension manifolds and though it might be considered complex, I also see it as too simplistic to resolve the problems. I have found that by mixing technology and concepts it can be easier to come to a result that is simply a weighted answer, not complete or decisive, but just adequate. I use Fourier analysis in images with generative techniques. For recognition of dimensional relationships it serves well. The base object is the vector distance relationships and whatever projected manifold has a degree of certainty associated with it based on the use cases that it encounters. Put simply, in context it is possible to resolve images and relationships, but without a limiting context, the information is ambiguous. It does relate to the puzzle and decision trees and high space dimensions. I continue to collect the data portals that can be analyzed and here is one interesting place to get add-ons for `celestia` to observe the entire universe or even imaginary worlds of science fiction.

The process of integration of all this technology from WebGL, `java`, OpenGL, models, `makehuman`, `blender`, Python, Javascript, game theory, trees, DNA HOX, genotyping, protein pathway analysis, physics of the atom and many more, to antfarmgl is proceeding, but the coherence is the key. Once the coherent framework becomes evident it is simply a matter of getting all the pieces in the right place to be usable.

I am sticking with C as the base code and interfacing to shell, java, and other necessary modules. I need to understand the interface as well as the material that moves through it. That Java code tutorial was really scary as the innards of JLS need to be used with a knowledge of what the underlying method actually implements. With C, I already do that. When I create a new module for myself I go down to the ASM language level and model it for myself. I know what the hardware does and there are no surprises on integer add, or floating point operation. I suppose the state of the FPU across several concurrent tasks can be a bit spooky, but I have dealt with that also.

A lively puzzle

So now I am deep in The Heart of Darkness and I am modifying everything in concert as a grand symphony to make the puzzle pieces be Amino Acids and to use the equation of state of the universe to determine if the puzzle pieces fit and in what 3 dimensional structure. The game constructs a puzzle of (n) amino acids at random at first, but later uses the data base of known amino sequences and generates a 3 dimensional result and then generates "hints" about structure which would allow a person to solve the protein. It solves the protein structure itself and from this generates the hints with some sense, I hope.

I am keeping an eye out to make it extensible in dimensions and viewable in many different ways. I am also considering that I will implement it as WebGL with javascript and so all the essential interfaces will have two or more personalities to deal with assembly for WebGl or stand alone application. I will also include the option of using non-standard amino acids that arise on occasion. I hope to discover one of the issues that bothers me and that is branched chain proteins and also a specific sequence that I think exists and is not really life, but is somewhere above prion and well below Mitochondrion. It is a hypothetical structure that I devised as a result of analyzing some atomic interaction of various atomic soups. This means I need to incorporate other atoms beside CNSHO and other molecules in the interaction with the proteins and of course Phosphorous, H2O , Fe, Ca, Na, and probably a few others too as time goes by.

I estimate it will require several months to get all this in a usable WebGL + javascript -and- local OpenGl + Xwindows form. By that time it will be spring and I also hope that WebGL will be usable by then as a standard in Firefox.

The entire assembly should provide the framework for a virtual world which is various types of cells or non-cells and allow travel inside the cell to view it as it operates in whatever time frame or scale is desired. Pretty much a virtual world, but with cell walls instead of concrete walls. I hope that it will explain some question that I have about PolyA tails, ubiquitin, walking molecules, other walking molecules, and ATP. Along with about a million other questions.

I hope the whole thing can be documented and written as meta-code generated from a single descriptor. It makes sense to me. Why send an image file when I can say "Use convert" or "Use ImageMagick" and "make image 512x512 color depth 8 with 6 dots on it evenly spaced in two columns as a png type image". Or I could just do that myself and send you 512x512x4 (4 million ) bytes in place of 40. It doesn't seem very efficient to me.

There is no need to have the kind of bandwidth that is generated by flash animations. Either give me the useless information or keep it to yourself, I don't care. They are sending millions of bytes of information in an attempt to influence my mind, that seems like trying to teleput into my head. If I wanted to teleput something into your head, and just did it without considering whether you wanted that in you head or not, wouldn't that be rude? The mind is something that can take that which is meta-physical and make it physical in the universe. That is a wonderful thing and I don't like people shoving random crap in my mind to make a buck.

My goal in the process of antfarmgl, code analysis, and universal understanding is to establish a self replicating framework which is cognizant and effective. The mitochondrial DNA OS is one of the necessities in the system. The ability to learn, adapt and function toward a specified goal is what is needed in the system. By teleputting at short distances I can determine if the process is consistent and repeatable and produces the desired outcome.

I watched "Destination Moon" on Google movies the other night and it was a great nostalgia and showed a time when science was changing and new ideas were being dreamed and applied. It seems that type of mind set is gone, for some reason.

I will make an attempt to describe "teleput" in simple terms that anybody should grasp. I can take a high power laser and point it at the moon and burn a smily face in the surface and thus I have "teleput" a structure. That is an absurd example and merely highlights the fact that a method can alter the structure of a remote place. I can also send a ".blend" file to a friend in China, France, Germany or Russia which allows them to recreate a 3D structure exactly as I have devised it. It can also be used as input for CNC to fabricate an object, if the material is specified. That happens at the speed of light. So I can now send a construction file at the speed of light and it can be reconstructed remotely, exactly as it is here, and conversely.

What is lacking in that scenario, which is what I am investigating, is to alter the matter at a smaller scale than a lathe, laser constructor, or mold. It uses technology that modifies the state of the atoms to make them bond in a specific way. The construction of anything depends on one single method, which is the association of two atoms through a bond of some type. The precision and specificity is the key. Once the structure and function of the universe is known in minute detail, this is quite simple. Much of the problem as it exists now with technology is the fact that a failure to understand the mechanism and process of atomic or nuclear action leads to a process which is so indeterminate that constructing systems is astoundingly complex and acts in a gross fashion with massive side effects.

Genetic systems are very conservative and specific in their action and this is their advantage. In most manufacturing systems it requires billions of time the application of energy and vastly more time to achieve a result, that a Yeast mold, such as Sacharomyces Cerevisiae, achieves many times a second, with great precision and reliability, with no manufacturing facility construction cost.

Atomic systems are said to be mostly space and though that is a reasonable analogy, they exist as a system of elements which are infinite in their size and effect. It is an overlay of infinities and it could be said that the maelstrom of interconnected space, charge, and action is calm between the eyes of the storm, but that is a relative term. The structure of matter is very specific in its action and it requires the appropriate conditions for it to change state. In the gross, fire would be the shotgun of action against the structure of matter. I guess if you apply every known and possible key to every door, a specific door will unlock .... :) , of course you unlock every other door, including the one to Pandora's playground.

It wouldn't be confusing if it wasn't new and new concepts always require some time to adapt, in the same way that I become more and more familiar with the programming tools that I use. It might seem odd or fantastic, but I heard there is a way to hit little plastic buttons and send words at the speed of light to a place where anyone in the world could read them. That may just be a science fiction story I read somewhere, it seems they called the magic process "Blah Ging", which sounds very much like a made up Klingon word from Star Trek. I suppose it could be true, but it seems too fantastic, like magic or something. It is probably just some joke.

Intelligent Design

IMHO I think that even a billion dollars does not buy you be smart. I am going to make one post on this and then leave it alone. As far as things that members of church groups have supported in the past, this is definitely the least thought out concepts to be adopted by people of faith. It is instantly and obviously incorrect. It is so absurd that I don't feel it deserves a formal disproof. The fact that it is argued at all seems to reflect more on the reasoning skills of the population as a whole than any merit. We might as well have a formal national debate on Santa Claus or the Wizard of Oz. Somebody has a wire crossed in their cerebellum and if they want to drag a few million people on a tour of Hale-Bopp, then they were probably going to go there on vacation anyway.The actual specifics of hysteria or mind hacking is not the issue. If you take the Snickers bar away from the candy addict, they will just pick up a Mars bar. It is very frustrating to sit on top of someone who has a tendency to follow these odd edicts and waste my time dealing with each in turn. There are two things going on. One is the person/group that develops a concept and the second which is susceptible. It is a classic dealer/user relationship and the root cause is the emotional state that is induced in -both-. If you take away ID, you will get Quantum Consciousness as quick as the baby can reach out of the carriage and grab at the candy rack. This is an odd thought, I can say poo or poop or crap or feces or excrement or waste or bowel movement or shit. They all refer to virtually the same thing in context (supposedly) and yet the words each carry some additional emotional baggage that is probably not documented in Webster's. I think that there is something interesting there in terms of social principles of communication. Also AI, that is very interesting. I sometimes use IRC (Inter-Relay Chat) and there is a social convention there that capitals are added as emphasis to words. I have seen people get horribly upset because another person keeps CAP-ing words. It goes something like this "stfu" , "what?" , "you heard me, STFU", "If you continue to scream this profanity I will k-line you". It has degraded to the point of animal dominance at this point as someone has gone All-In by using the k word and the other has to fold or call. In my mind I hear the distinct crackle of Tesla coils being ignited and the virtual shuffling of scripts,the click of permission levels changing,the initial bleep of a console window being opened, and the gaping of mouths so familiar to people who have watched a hippopotamus fight. There is a certain animal excitement that comes with these things and I think that people in general get some vouyerist kick from the conflict itself :)
