The nonlinearity of time travel leads to many odd consequences where matter is created de novo so it is a fantasy of course. However since the actual daughter of one Time Lord in art is marrying a Time Lord in art which happens to be his daughter Time Lord in art it creates a temporal paradox in art as she can travel back in time and be the progenitor of all Time Lords in art. In art she is also a clone of himself and so he is marrying himself which is the height of vanity. I would hate to see the code for a journaling file system that could be consistent in a Tardis. The transaction analysis would require something quite a bit more than an atomic or transaction operation lock. I suppose it is something akin to a temporal lock that is at times mentioned, but that would be insufficient in a consistent single universe and would be unnecessary in a multi-verse.
