Life machines

This is a reference to a specific detail of molecular transcription in the cell. This is an early developed mechanism that I imagine would have had a different purpose originally as a gateway to external RNA in a mixed single cell world. Or as a signaling sequence and I would be very surprised if an analogous structure did not exist in several parts of the cell.
