Cobra spit

There are reports that the billions of dollars spent by the B&M Gates foundation are not doing any good. That is not surprising to me as everything that is done, is done from the perspective of a person who has trained himself to use the world for his personal benefit. The most sensible thing that Bill could do is take everything he has and give it without restriction to a free software foundation so that it could be used to create ideas and technology for everybody to gain from. It will not happen. It is extremely difficult to train a spitting cobra, to spit the milk of human kindness.
