This article at metamodern is interesting as I have already been there for quite a long time. I won't link back to the descriptions. I can make pictures of the structures, however it does not work for me to encode the information I want. I described the blender method I devised and it has a graphical flow like UML in 3D that is part of the rendered product and as such is far more descriptive and would allow me to say that they have applied the correct algorithm to achieve the molecule they want.
Yeast cells do this transport all the time and the smoos have already perfected the tools.
