PyMol is an interesting software and it is indexed in KDE under "Edutainment"-"Science" though I think it should have a link in "Graphics" also. That can be easily fixed by just making a desktop icon or editing menus, but it is fine the way it is. RasMol is another program in that category. The image is a snapshot of one of the demos, which is animated. It is well worth a look see if you work with DNA, molecules, electrostatics, or just have an interest in the graphics.
