This article at slashdot seems to imply that Samsung is using a type of parallel architecture that is similar to CAM to speed up timing and it is said to be 10x the Bps of a 7200rpm HDD in a solid state 256Gb. This can only be a good trend. Please do give us CAM, in whatever way you feel that you can do it. I am not absolutely sure that electric sheep dream of hand guns, but I do dream of fast terabyte static CAM memory. I would consume it in a flash ( bad pun ).
Well the sausage, egg, bacon and CAM, doesn't have too much CAM in it.
