Reverse taser

I think of dozens of new things every day by dealing with technology in unique ways and today I for some reason I wondered if a person had a body suit that generated a higher voltage ( than a taser ) in sections that it might cause the effect of shocking the person who used a taser as a weapon. I really don't like weapons as a general rule because they promote the physical abuse of others as a concept.
