I would think that if the quality of warfare games meets the remote controlled hardware and people were not conscious that sometimes they can get tricked..... The CAPTCHA trick should be a warning and military people can do the same thing, pose a simulation on one end and then use the actions of the players to guide actual death machines to kill.
A person could be tricked into playing a game that controls a robot that is coming to kill themselves. I don't put any weird scenario beyond the minds of people who seek to kill others for their profit.
