A country corporation

Just an odd thought, could a person incorporate a company that was designed to be a global government? It is odd and perhaps it is a good idea. I kind of open source system composed of people from all over the world. I think I could design a process that would favor rapid technological advantage for the members and make them independent of local pressures. If a person being oppressed in a locality had a link to a global group that was more effective than the local dictator then they would have advantage. It would have to incorporate some physical science, but I think it is possible. Very interesting idea and a global network of people could have vastly more effective power than an isolated dictatorship.
