Dilbert asks if 90% of the money from people of high income should be taken by the government to give to those in need. Firstly it would seem that most of that would be used to build weapons to kill poor people elsewhere or even here. Secondly the money could have come from the poor people in the first place and will end up back in the same pocket, minus some money for capitol hooker fund.
If I operate a bank and I charge 200% interest per day on loans and all the poor people owe me everything they have, and I pay 90% taxes, and assuming they get that money back, I am oblidged to take it back out of their pocket as soon as I see it.
