Molecular views

This link to an X-ray diffraction microscope is interesting and moves closer to the living view of molecules in action. I am still working on the calculation of actual sequence and emission/capture of light (EM) in an atom.

I understand quite a few of the aspects of the universe, but I am not sure that anyone can grasp the whole of it. It does lead to a virtual infinity of possibilities and even with a seemingly simple underlying process, things can get complex very quickly in factorial combination.

I am still thinking about the dimensional relationships in Rubik and methods, STK, and attempting to devise a real method to computationally represent energy and mass in the the world of charged particles.
