It is not really a fact, just suggestion

I happened to be operating in my usual mode , which is to do the impossible and see what happens. I was looking at the spec for espeak and it said that the "-a" option was volume 0-20. I am always one to wonder what happens when the wrong thing is done for no reason whatsoever. So I did 100, then 200, 300, 3000 and I discovered that what they suggest in the manual is likely just an integer and I suspect it is a 16 bit integer being multiplied by an integer in the 32 or 64 bit range, and we all know what that means. I think Microscat called it "clippy"
