JAGS 2.2.0 was released Nov 21, 2010 and here is a link to the site. It is a Gibbs sample that does Bayesian modeling. There are many examples available on the net. As it becomes more familiar I will post some analysis of the methods and where they are useful. JAGS is available through the ubuntu repository as "jags".
