TEST COOKIE ON MOUSEOVER USING ALERT,

I am a Cookie, 'Link' popup test.

The page is collected from the server and then the browser requests Cookie using Javascript embedded there. In this case it just pops an alert to indicate that that specific machine has entered any random text in the past and it has been stored locally or if not, asks for some random text. It doesn't always do what I think it should and I wonder where it becomes non-determinant?
