Today I am going to modify Rasmol to use the equation that defines the universe and see what happens. It is a good framework for this and I can use the elvi to start collecting data on PDBs to confirm my hypothesis. I have no doubts as to the conclusion of this adventure as it has already been decided by the matrix. I will then integrate it into an extension of the game I have been using as a learning template. From there, to where it always leads, somewhere else.
