At this time 22:04 UTC/GMT 2 March, 2009. It seems the rss ( really simple syndication ) is not being updated. It is a fairly simply thing, as the name implies. I take articles and create an xml file that is at that address. Apparently the rss has reverted. I would guess that articles are not being added to their internal queue and thus rss-xml is not being updated.
While looking at their XML, I noticed that the copyright is out of date :).

Somebody even filed a bug report on their rss reader, which is cute.
ADDED: As of 22:54 UTC it is back.
