On the way to 3D or actually nD

I have spoken of XML 3D before and decided to do my own implementation and I have taken a step back with some new information. It is the goal to integrate all data in a common framework that allows the generation of documentation, code generation, DNA (genotype to phenotype), chemical structure, cellular mechanics, DNA chemical interactions, neural process, physics, OpenGL, mitochondrial OS, sub-nuclear mechanics, and many other aspects in a single framework. I happened upon these links to XML 3D and X3d today and I am studying the resources. I will try to integrate the information there to acheive a more mainstream implementation.
