Glue the universe together

One organism's glue is another one's poison. I am not sure about how possessive is expressed, perhaps I was staring out the window that day. In self assembling structures, like bacteriophage, there is a very tightly defined self assembly alignment of the parts that become the phage. It becomes a very specific glue that only binds to a particular anti-glue site. I have seen that there are self-assembling RNA systems that are extremely complex, based on creating RNAs with matching binding surfaces. This technique can be used in programming also. By specifying the object properties, it is possible to assign methods and objects in categories that in a strange way, create their own program. The possible connections of objects and methods serve as a template that varies from random effects of time of action and global state.
