I have found a way to convert genotype information to SVG commands and I am testing the genotype to vertex array also and it is another point of integration that I have to include in the complete suite of operations. The scripts that produce a specific genotype in terms of chemical system operation or development phase chemical gradients are linked to the specific SVG result and so a possible DNA could be viewed in its completion if the transforms are correct.
Certainly there must be a single information format that is best for all tasks and XML is flexible enough to be used for programming, configuration, layout and graphics. I think it needs some extension in the way it transforms information in dimensions or associations.
