Open source robot genetics

(Ant bots)© or antfarmgl is coming along and I have completely rewritten it 10 times now to make the core structure proper for expansion and easy use. I am now making an XML interface that describes the entire program and generates the source from the XML and then compiles itself to a complete system. I have split the source into sections that can be used for other purposes.
