Who is responsible for high oil prices

Gee, could it be the people who sell the oil?

We would never have done this in farm country, if you help somebody raise their barn, you don't ask to own them forever. It is an issue of coherent common action. If the oil prices are artificially high to interfere with the economy and get concessions for their benefit, food should be $600 a bushel and after you have what you need to survive, burn the rest. It is a stupid game where people keep p***ing on each other to get a position of advantage and it is more than rude, it is destructive to the world as a whole and gums up the works. I wonder when it was established that the inside of the earth was owned by a certain person?
