Exactly what are we doing in Afghanistan? I know they went there to get Osama, and they stayed for vacation I guess and now they are trying to fix the drug lords and tribal warfare. While the terrorist organization goes where it has least resistance, the US seems to continue jerking around with a situation without any clear point to the process. Like an elderly person who goes into the store for a sandwich and is still wandering around the aisles hours later and if asked, doesn't even know why he is there at all.
