While doing some drawing it occurred to me that physical computation could be achieved in a nanomachine without a CPU. This is a Linux program "kseg" which allows a person to create interactive geometry. By simply using right click and shift right click a circle can be generated. It is easy enough to see a proof in all this. Parallel lines and similar angles. The basic premise of the geometry is angles and truths about those angles in 2 space. Of course they are not true in non-euclidean space.
Genotype to phenotype expression uses this type of physical computation of space to create regular structures. It seems there is an inherent geometry of life expression that is a bit more interesting than the intersection of lines and circles.
