Is 2 to the 10 to the 9th power a large number?

I was thinking a "what if". If the universe is 10 billion years old and our planet is 4 billion, then a race could exist that has been following moore's law for 6 billion years and so it could have computers that function at a level of 2 to the 3 billionth power better than ours. I thought, I could write a shell script on that which created a new Earth.

Anyway, I googled your planet and didn't see anything interesting so I deleted it.
