Viruses as tools

As I expressed before, there seems to be no moral restriction to using any form of life as a tool and I am not sure it has ever been true. It is the availability of information and understanding of the mechanism that allows some very unusual effects. This article at Wired about MIT researchers using a virus as a lithography tool highlights the fact.

The merger of nano technology, chemistry and biology leads to vast possibilities.
