Requiem for the Moon

Reguiem, Missa defunctorum hominid

There are certain things that establish themselves in culture that act in the whole which are not acts of individuals or even countries. Like a tornado that forms from the winds and water, heat and cold, pressure and vacuum, the water does not call the wind to blame and when the wind has subsided the tornado is dead. The excitement of the wind as it rises and forms is exhilarating and when the peak is reached brings terror. The wind has no blame, for it does not think.

The wind of change has risen and it is exhilarating in the possibilities it brings like dust from foreign lands and smells of strange things which could be in the distant future. Caught up in the wind we rise and dance to the tune of infinity. What a wonderful thing it is to fly until the wind fades and that which lifts us up is the draft that drives us back to Earth.

Beware the jabberwock, my friends, the teeth are very sharp,it seems to play a silly tune, however the blood that drips from the claws is ever so real.
