Data is the action

I am working on a new content style method that is a hybrid of CAM and near CAM. The use of near content addressability requires too much circuitry and is too expensive so I can simulate a near content in quantum ( unit ) steps. It is also possible to do multiple cycles for each decision. The actions that seem to take place coherently need not be associated at all in any sense. If multiple simultaneous output is allowed and any local element associated with a specific action would contain all the content selection for that node.
