This article at Next Big Future about preventing flu deaths is very interesting. The H5N1 causes a cytokinetic storm and even though it should be obvious, preventing the storm by inhabiting the receptor is far better than trying to deal with the problem after it progresses. They really deserve a bow from me, because I was aware of the problem for nearly two years now and did not click on that solution.
